Am a Hr for a newly started firm,I have a doubt for hierarchy of designations:-
1.We have 3 software developers(given designation when they are appointed) all are freshers.
2.One software engineer(experienced 4 years)
3.One graphic designer.(expereienced 5 years)
4.One system administrator(exeperienced 2 years)
5.One System Integration Administrator (experienced 4 years).
Can any one tell me the hierarchy of all these designations in upcoming years.It will be helpful for me.

We are going to recruit 2 trainees for the software developing.
All the above positions(both freshers and experienced candidates) while joining will be under the probation period of 6 months.
