A warm Hello to all Cite HR members. I am an Mba HR student and have recently joined a manufacturing unit at Mumbai. I have been asked to calculate the cost of recruitment per hire. I have started working upon it but i believe that i need sum assistance aswell. If any one of you has worked on it , i would request you to plz share your knowledge about the same.

I am attaching a word file for items relevant to calculation of recruitment cost. It may be better to start tracking the direct costs as it will be easy initially.
