Hi,
It is Company specific.
You have not mentioned whether you are hiring on permanent basis with six months probation period or for fixed contract period, say for 2 years, subject to renewal.
In general separation clause to talk about separation with notice ( 1,2 or 3 months as per Company requirement) or salary in lieu of that. Also partial notice along with pro-rated shortfall salary can be included in the clause. The general notice period is 1 month or salary in lieu of that.
In addition to the above you can add about termination of employment /contract in terms of breach of the terms of the employment, with one month pay.
Also include confidentiality/ non engagement of other employment (part time) during service/ jurisdiction in case of dispute clause

but in addition I want to one more thing in AL, if we want to terminate someone on immediate effect without any cause and Notice pay,
Can we add this point in AL?
and is it legally bound as well?

Hi,
Termination without notice is legally not right for confirmed employees. Even for misconduct disciplinary process to be followed properly and employee should be given opportunity to represent his side. However you may do so during probation period in case of non performance.
