Dear All,
I am Chesta, I have recently join NGO sector, I am developing an HR Manual for my own Organization which is a Non-profit, NGO. I just like to know that whether HR Policies as applicable to a Corporate sector can also be applied to an NGO sector which is not profits based. HR Manual with clear cut Policies is made mandatory by many Resource Agencies for NGOs.
Can I get guidance in this regard. Has some one made a HR Manual for an NGO, I would be very happy to get the same to develop mine and other NGOs as well. Looking forward for you assistance
Thanking you and with best wishes.

Hi Chesta,
Upto some extent its not applicable, also it depend upon the NGO that what type of staff/employee they are having. Go through the plans of what the NGO is having in future as it will help i guess.
You should discuss it with your VP/CEO regarding this.
That's my suggestion
