I am pursuing my mba in distance mode . I am in 2nd year .
I dont know which project to choose in final sem....
Plz give some suggestion about the project and what to choose and its trend z in the present market.....

Thank you for the query giving information about where you are stduying for what and in what mode.
Selecting a project inovles 2 factors: one, the sponsoring organisation's needs (they will have a few pressing problems for which they would like solutions); two, what does the student feel passionate about? The latter is important, as if the right project is chosen there will be motivation to keep continuing with the project when facing difficulties.
Though the 'Title' comes first in a report, it's the last thing one should worry about; however, the field of study is required at the outset to get approval from the institution's authorities.

Dear Simhan,
Am doing my masters in HRM at London. I have one of my modules as Research Methods and I have to do my dissertation on the same. I have 5 years of HR work experience in a small IT company in India. Am planning to do my topic which targets more on employees and organisation. Can you suggest me few topics wherein in can have more points to research and analyse on. Also I am more interested on qualitative methods.
