The Turnover or Notice Period as we call it is a period of 30 Working days and not calendar days. It may start from 1st day of a month and end on the 30th day or any other date and end after the completion of 30 days.

notice pay normally calculated on calendar days. If your appointment letter specify the 30 physical working days, then it should be working days.
