hi this is saggi i am working in a engineering service provided company as a accountant. i am having 2 years exp. in this line but i couldn't gain my knowledge b coz of i am not got right guideline , here i am working on tally so i keep record of all transction in books of account , but i want to learn how to file tds return , how to file service tax return . it is done only by C.A. or what my c a not teaching me all this thing because he is in doubt. so pleas guide me & give advise how can learn all this thing

But I am more keen to know about the certifications, diplomas, or training courses in HR which will not only enhance my knowledge but will also highlight my CV. Browsing net definitely gives a lot of information, but how to find the current trend and standard forms and procedures which the renowned companies are using.
If anyone knows about any certified trainings from reputed training institutes or certifications (international or national), SAP certification, etc, please do let me know.
