Dear Neha kaushik,
Do give them some soft skill training session or materials which explains about corporate culture and professional etiquette.
Again if there is a team make the it as a multi-regional team or a group so that the existing of regional language will get subsided to an extent.
Give a funny rule stating that if any employee is seen taking in his/her regional language they have to get juice/dairy milk to their whole team. This actually works, employee may ignore but still it would help to some extent.
You shall also reward an employee with a movie ticket, food coupon, etc for adhering the corporate culture.
Best regards,
Mahesh

Hello Neha,
What your employees are demonstrating is known as the 'Mother Tongue Influence' in spoken communication. A two pronged approach is required to mitigate this influence, namely :
1. Equipping them with appropriate verbal communication skills.
2. A change in behavior - through regular practice.
We have designed and delivered effective training interventions for such requirements and would be keen to partner with your organization to address this issue.
We are based out of Gurgaon and Pune. For more details, invite you to visit NVision | Learning and Development.
