Greetings,
Recently we had a discussion on whether access to the online social sites through the internet should be provided to the employees at work. We had different opinion where it was shared that the access to internet works as a deterrent to productivity. Whereas others opposed it by saying that such accesses do not affect work, rather acts as an energiser. Studies prove that best of the companies rank highest in terms of online social networking among its employees. Please cast your vote in favour of such internet access as an enabler or a deterrent at work.

Dear (Cite Contribution),
I personally think we at the workplace do get bored/tired after 03-04 hours of "Dedicated Working" in this situation these social sites helps to mitigate/minimize the boredom/ monotony.
This is my personal experience at my working place.

Infact they supported employee blogging and pruning an healthy atmosphere in the social network.
