I am working with a multinational company as HR. As a routine, i am sending a "Thought of the Day" every morning by email to all my collegues. This thought i am taking from a Diary & Simply write it in email. But today i have sent a pictorial thought, which is liked by all very much. So can any one suggest me if there is any Website available from which i will get this type of email daily in my Mailbox, so that i can easily forward it. If anybody knows or using this kind of website kindly let me know the address of the Website. Thanks in Advance.

I do send Thought for the Day to all my important contacts, everyday. I pick up quotes, that is appropriate to my thought and day and choose the right picture to match it from google or yahoo images. I can send you a sample if I have your e-mail id.

I use to sent different contents for each day of the week, for which i have a planned table. DAY 1-moral stories or motivation stories or inspirational articles, 2-medical informations, 3-Industry updates, 4-headlines of the week, 5-Leadeship articles or team building, 6-General
I will sent this only to the Managerial staff. Initially, there was no much response but later people started appreciating the exercise. In my company, this gave birth to the culture of sharing good materials between fellowmates which was not there earlier.
I would prefer my best friend GOOGLE for searing the materials, moreover i have membership in many online communities in different sectors.

As far as thought of the day is concerned you may get it from the google and can attach some pictures with that.
and Here is one more suggestion related to motivational mail or presentation, in which we have created the motivational forum where we will be sending motivational presentation or material to the employees. We have attached one rating scale with that stuff i.e 1: Less than average, 2: satisfactory, 3: Good, 4: Very Good, 5: Excellent. Moreover, we have asked them to rate the particular presentation and provide us feedback.
This is helpful as it will increase the employee participation and engagement in the organization and will build the beautiful culture of sharing and furthermore, we as an HR will get the feedback and can gauze out the ratio of readers in the organization.

Even I'll send thought for the day every morning to all employees, and evry monday i'll send some motivational and informative articles as Monday's Article, I usually get all these from google search. For thought of the day u can browse brainy quotes.com and add some picture suitable to it. Keep doing and after few days you can't stop appreciating yourself on your creativity.
You can also browse google images on Albert Einstein quotes, Swamy Vivekananda, Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi,Mother Theresa and few other gr8 personalities sayings.
For Monday's Articles im runnig short of them now a days.
