Dear sir, i am a employee of food corporation of india which is a psu organisation, i have been working here since 1 year.i join FCI in 15th of october 2014. Before join in FCI I apply for ssc cgl exam 2013. I gave pre and main exam before join in FCI. I am in a probation period of 1 year so i gave resignation with notice period of one month for personnel and family reason from FCI.which was complete on 13th of october 2015 but till now i don't get any acceptance or relieving letter. now i am selected for the post of auditor in CGDA allahabad through ssc cgl exam 2013 which is a central gov job.Few days ago i got a attestation form from allahabad in which i mention that i am a employee of FCI and serving one month notice period and send it to allahabad.now my question is that because i gave resignation for personnel and family resaon i didn't show fci that i have selected for the post of auditor so can i face any problem in future regarding this. If i produce relieving letter at the time of joining in allahabad, is it enough to support my candidature.please help me i am in a big dilemma. I have a fear of lossing both the job.

Vague question! Ask your question only when you get any problem. By the way, what do you propose to do if someone by assumption says yes, that will create a problem?

In order to join a post in Government, you are not required to produce reliving letter from the former employee unless it is a matter of technical resignation i.e. resigning from one Government job and joining another so that past service is counted, pay is protected etc.
