Yes I'me going through with the same situation and Ive also worked in international bpo so im also getting offers for US hr recruiter but im not sure where this will land me. I dont see any another option, switching from recruiter to generalist will be hard I knw. But plz sugeest what all r the options i do hav if i choose to work as US recruiter out sourcing cmpnay. Also my interest is as a trainer. I wud love to train, Im also good with enlish. I wanna c my slef as sucessfull hr manager withing 5 yrs tenure but 1st step im missing not getting generalist job, cant sit at home anymore. Plzzzzz guide me
