As form 23 is not generating in EPF portal, can we get notification of the abolition for the form 23 or any alternate forms are there against form 23, please do help

Most SRO uploads the form 23 after the interest calculation and credit, but at regional offices it is delayed, and the main reason behind it, is the non contributing establishments, which makes the task force stuck in the process,
However if any establishment needs form 23 they may write to RO/SRO, and they instruct their staff to upload the same on priority basis
