Recently I have joined BPO as a HR Executive and my senior give me task to update notice board, but I dont have any idea regarding this.
Please help me on below topics.
Inspirational Sayings & Quotes /Short Motivational Stories (how I can use this section)
Holiday Calendar (How I can create this)
Training Schedule (What I can Use in this section)
HR/ IT/ Admin Internal Policy (What policy I can use)

Dear Rekha,
U can display daily thoughts or quote every day in Notice Borad, Holiday calendar u can get from Cite Hr only i.e for the year total holidays u have in ur company as per law,If any training u ppl are giving to the your new joinee or employee u can schedule accordlingly with your senior suggestion, Frst u go thorugh ur company policy , HR, IT Policy if any , if ther is no policy then start implement the policy and take your senior suggestion for implementing policy.

Inspirational sayings : go to google and search as everybody does
Holiday Calender : Check with senior people and ask them about holidays this year and display the same
Training Calender : You can consult your Asst.Manager (HR) or Training Manager request him to provide with training calendar.First consult your AM(HR).If you only need to prepare then analyize how many employees (new and old) need training,then check for availablity of trainers of the company and prepare accordingly.
HR/IT/Admin policies : if you have approved old one paste the same and If you only need to prepare visit citehr

You can use your creativity for this :)
Inspirational sayings: you can use posters for this. Or if your company allows you can organize a small competition for making posters on inspirational sayings. Then you can display one at a time on the notice board
Holiday calendar: Each company has a list of holidays to be obeserved during the year. You can take that list from your seniors. And to add sum colour to it you can paste a picture of upcoming festival along with the holiday date. for example: diyas, light and sweets for Diwali
Training calendar: You can take this from your training division. Dont forget to mention upcoming training programs so that an employee can see it in a glance. You need to update this regularly
HR/ Admn./ IT internal policy: For this use one policy at a time. You can take help of your seniors for this. Make a brief of one policy and put it on the notice board.

Holiday Calendar (How I can create this) : That take from your company data. every company do decide Holidays in a year before year start.
Training Schedule (What I can Use in this section) : What ever training your company is planing to organize update them on regular biases. Or else you can suggest training sections and mind refreshing games in every week. Or the upcoming companies events. You can even plan for Debates, games or add making or any competition topic can be on current affairs or related to company policies.
HR/ IT/ Admin Internal Policy (What policy I can use) : What ever policy company decide update them only. or else regarding the dress code and company policies, leave policies can be updated You can even update upcoming birthdays on this notice board.
