I joined hbl global pvt Ltd in 2007 and left my job in 2008. .This was my 1st job as fresher n unaware of the company norms when I resign without notice period. .my SM also didn't told me the notice period n all. After that I got letter of hbl to pay rs 1141 dues which I didn't paid as there was no such reason mentioned. In letter so I denied. ..now I want to join hdfc but don't have relieving letter n now ready to clear dues. ..hr is not responding. ..
I heard that hbl not exist today it got merged n new entity is hdbfs. ..I m ready to pay dues n want releaving letter In order to join hdfc bank. ...Please suggest. ..hr ignoring me ...its my right to have relieving letter. ..what can be done in this case. ..I m also ready now to file a complaint against hbl now
