Dear All, Need Help..!! If an employee takes a continuous leave and he has no available leave balance. in that case, we consider as Loss of Pay or Leave without pay. But what about his weekly Off? For EX. ABC has taken a leave from 15.05.2020 to 31.05.2020 - (Leave balance was not available). Sunday is a weekly off. Should we consider Sundays in that leave period?

Other than in the case of eligible casual leave, the intervening weekly off and holidays get merged with the leave applied for.
