I am a student and doing some research on the various policies of the companies. I have selected few top IT companies - IBM being one of them. If anyone has an idea about the Accommodation policy of IBM and can give a brief explanation about it (if possible on following elements) -
- Policy Applicability - who (type of employees) are eligible for availing this policy
- In case an employee leaves the company
- rent amount limit, documents required
- security deposit limit
- charges covered by the company
- or any other relevant information
this would really help me in understanding the policy making in the IT companies.
