Years ago, I used a formula for calculating / projecting employee turnover using an annualized T/O factor = 12 month, January = month of data @ 1 with a T/O factor @12, February, mth data 2, T/O factor @ 6, March T/O factor @4, April T/O factor @ 3, May T/O factor @ 2.4, June @ 2, July @ 1.72, Aug. @ 1.5, Sept. @ 1.33, Oct. @ 1.2, Nov. @ 1.09 and Dec. @ 1. I no longer have an excel template using this methodology, does anyone use it and share?
