Hello ,
This is in reference of your query , It is mandatory for the employers to register the establishment in EPF ,
Whether salary of the all the employees exceeding more than 30,000 and after registration , there is optional for the employers to deduct the EPF from Employees salary and if they are not deducting PF from employees then then they have to generate 100 Rs monthly challan .

Even if anybody qualifies for PF, your establishment will be covered by EPF since the total number of employees is more than 20.
It is good that all of your employees (including the office boy?) are paid salary above Rs 30000 when many employers are trying to hire employees on wages below the statutory minimum wages.

Dear Friend,
Some of things to be keep in mind in this kind of scenario.
1. Are they all are freshers in PF (earlier they had PF no or not confirm)
2. If not then need to register and pay as per PF regulations.
3. If all they are freshers take Form 11 and record it.

Thanks for your valuable guidance. It really helps.
@ Madhu T K Sir, we have 29 employees with salary above 30K all are proficient in animation, it is very difficult to get experts in this industry.

No issue. As already clarified for coverage under any Act, whether EPF & MP Act or ESI Act, the number is important. Obviously there can be some labour involved activity, like sweeping and cleaning, for which you may be paying on a daily basis which may account for an amount below Rs 15000 and for that PF contribution can be made.
