Please advice when we need to fill form 5 under PF act.
Is it when there is new joinee in my company?( no matter he is already covered under PF act in his prevoius company)
or is it when new joinee of my company is not yet covered under PF act and its the first time he will be covered.

Dear Friend,
don't think about his previous employment whether he has covered or not under the Provident Fund.
for in his case you have to submit Form No. 5 to P.F dept. along with monthly Returns since he joined in company first time. As per P.F act we have to submit Declaration Form No. 2 & Form 5 to P.F dept. within fifteen days from the date of the joining.

Also please clarify that in case of new joinee...is it necessary to file form 2 as his company must have filed it in his earlier employment( assuming he was working and he had PF account)..
or the exercise has to start afresh in this company for appointment of nominee by filing form 2
asking this because, basically the PF account of employee remains same when he changes job.. so where is need of fresh form 2.
also through a light on this whether 15 days is from date of joining or 15 days from end of month of joining..

for your information P.F number keep on change company to company It will not same at any circumstances as per P.F norms. May be they introduce in future like ESI they recently Introduced smat cards and this number is same all over India.
we must submit Declaration form No. 2 of employee after joins.
as per p.f norms we need to submit Declaration form within 15 days from the date of Joining for example. If an employee joined on 1st we need to submit before 16th of the month. If we fails to submit the same within stipulated time at least we have to submit along with monthly returns.

Company fills form 10 HEADING AS as " return of members leaving service during the month of June"
but in column below it correctly says date of leaving service is 29th, 20th may
ON ABOVE GROUNDS COMPANY JUSTIFIED THAT for employees leaving service in month of May they can fill form 10 in july and hence they deposited the same on July 21( form 10) for employees left in may.
