I have jointed in a Private company and I submitted my 10th and 6th semester mark sheet during an interview.I joined as a trainee on 21st june and they gave me an acknowledgement form that they will be returning my documents after 3 months from the date of joining but now due to medical issues I cant continue my training but they are compelling me to complete the training as I signed the training agreement for 1 month.Is there any remedy for it ?Please help me to get my original marksheets.

no body can retain your original documents in any scenario, though, they can harass you as you have broken their terms,
keep one thing in your mind absolutely clear that in such (any) training programs companies makes huge expenses only to shine its employees so as you back go from your words company will definitely harass you as they had made expenses,
as far as your excuse is concerned (medical issue) if its genuine you can submit proof before them and explicate the actual and exact reason for not completing the training program,
once again -
