Just instruct the On-Site Supervisory Staff to File a "Daily Report" containing:-
1. Update on Progress- on-Target Achieved over last 24 Hrs;
2. Issueds/ Hitches faced in Target Achievement- Human Errors Or Tech /Oprns Glitches;
3. Responsible Persons Or Reasons, as the Case may be;
4. Accidents- Minor, Major or Otherwise with Acccident Investigation Report with Corrective Actions recommendaed;
5. Suggestions Submitted or Received to Improve Work Delivery, Safety of Men &
Machinery; and
6. Status of Any Inspectipn by Govet Authorities
