Question is not very clear. After how many years of service candidate is leaving the Organization?
In general resigned and relieved employees (after proper notice period) are eligible for :
Salary payable up to last working day
LTA payment till his last working day ( If LTA part of salary structure)
Leave encashment subject to PL or EL leave balance in his account.
Gratuity payment if applicable
