Our union election was held in November. There was a Tie result of one departmental Election. Election officer has not taken any decision and declared result as Tie. Please Guide me
1) New elected General Secretary /president has any right to reelection ?
2) New elected General Secretary /president has any right to select any member form those who have a Tie result ?
3) Does new elected committee offer those who have a Tie result for 1-1 year membership in union ?
4) What is the final solution.

Pl tell us what was the election for? Works Committee, I presume. It could be 1-1 year each and who gets in first could be decided by draw of lots. As a learning from this, let it be spelt out in future as to how a tie would be resolved.

Why the election officer has not taken any decision? In the matter the EO has to set the things in order. Now you need to understand why the EO did not take a decission and left as it is.
Did you talk to the groups? What views they pose and want? As per the views of the two groups settle an written understanding, move to EO for decission. And this will be binding for both the group as they have given their opinion to follow.
