i am an MBA with the specialization of MARKETING (MAJOR) nd HR (minor). recently i got a job offer by HR CONSULTANCY ( LTD CONSULTANCY) as a HR RECRUITER. i am very much confused should i join it or should i dont. pleaSe help me. if i join as a hr recruiter what will be my growth in carrer. i dont want to start my own consultancy. being a hr recruiter what are the other doors which will open for me in future??????? after few years whether i being able to move in some other organisation. in future could i being able to move as a hr generalist. MY minor was HR in MBA....PLS GIVE ME SUGGESTION..I NEED HELP.
