Six Sigma is a powerful tool for peoblem solving & Breakthrough improvements.Many people not aware that this can be used in areas like HR (Example Attrition rate reduction,Recruitment Leadtime reduction,Improvement of employee satisfaction etc..),Finance and even in service Industries like Call Centers, Medical Transcription,Hospitality Industries etc..
NQA- India Operations (Bangalore) is conducting a 2 Day comprehensive course for the beginers in Six sigma. The program is scheduled on 28 & 29th september 2007. I am attaching the brochure.
