I worked in a company X from May 22, 2023 to Sep 22, 2023. In this company I had a dual employment for around a month and so I asked company X not to create PF account for me as it will have overlapping dates and they agreed. I am not going to show this company experience in future.
In my PF service history, company X will not be listed. My concern is regarding Form 16. This company X will be listed in Form 16 for this financial year.
I have following question:
Does company X appearing on my Form 16 for this financial year will be a problem during any of my future BGV in a new companies I am going to join? If it may be a problem, then how can I ask company X to not include my details in Form 16? Thanks in advance!
