Hi Everyone. I recently got an opportunity to work for a Manufacturer of the Readymade garment company on a project basis.
Over here they ask me to set up the whole process in terms of documentation/Reporting structure/workflow process/quality control/labor management/Grievance handling
They basically don't have any system or structure, and normally operate in a very unorganized way.
Kindly help me as in where I need to start since I have limited time to complete this project.
