Hi friends, i am pursuing mba doing a summer project at software company.topic is employee satisfaction survey. i don’t know how to do it.please help me.report submit on 15.7.07

Hi Vishali,
You have choosen an intresting topic as such, Employee satisfaction survey, there is lot of stuff available on net even in Cite Hr discusssion pannel.
What you have to do is, you need to prepare a questionnaire featuring the different parameters essential inorder to evaluate the satisfaction ratio for each and every associate.
you will have to even do survey abt the company you are doing the project, what is the company in to what is its application, there reporting hirearchies & the other stuff club it with your parametrs fixed,
prepare a questionaire & distribute it to the executive level or company said level & have to tabulate there responses accordingly using different charts & graphs & need to give your commnets on the further improvement.

.u firstly need to preapre a target group -which means the name nad number of employees who will be a part of the survey.secondly preapre a questionnaire covering varoius topics like :
1.perception of the Company 2. working conditions 3. loyallty 4. relationship with colleagues 5.Job duties 6. Job satisfaction 7.Top Management.
example;Job satisfaction
1. I feel my job is secure
2. I look forward to coming to work
3. I am willing to work harder in order for XYZ Co..to achieve
wanted results
4. I feel motivated in my daily work
Lastly hire na external consultant to carry out this data so that employees are assured about its confidentality.
