Dear Prakash,
Please don't mind, of course the presentation is very nice, but the concept of "Change Management" is not represented through the presentation, as the concept doesn't match with the theme actually tried to be presented through the presentation. Neither the "Peacock" (ruled by corporate Penguines), nor the corporator "Penguines" could adapt themselves to the ideas of each other, as depicted in the presentation. Corporate "Penguines" were not able to adapt themselves to the innovative ideas and existence of the "Peacock" worker and also "Peacock" was not able to adopt the suggested culture of "Penguines." So, the presentation factually does not give appropriate message on the management and transformation of any change.
On the other hand, the concept more or less deals with the management of cultural diversity, not about the change management.
MY SUGGESTION: To make the presentation more purposeful, you may either change the heading, as "Cultural Diversity vs. Corporate Culture", or may add/modify something at the last parts of the presentation that may make people understand the importance of change management and how to implement that in any organization and how to adapt themselves to the change, in case you don't prefer to change the topic heading.
