Hi Seniors,
It has been reported that, any Contractor engaging 20 or more than 20 labour has to obtain License within 30 days. This limit has been increased from 20 to 50 for obtaining RC by contractors, for less than 50 no. of contract employees principal employer has to obtain permission in his RC. I am looking for the circular/GR for the same.
Request seniors to provide the same if it is implemented in maharashtra.
