What are the terms of contract?
A confirmation from department concerned that they want to extend contract and also employee willing ness in writing.
Whether any changes in terms and conditions are desired?

the terms and conditions being same as before , I just want to know weather i need to take some IMP steps, or just drop a intimation mail to the contract holder and later on issue a renewal letter, before the contract gets over... ?
