Hi Team, I have received offers from TCS and its joining is very soon but I am afraid to join as TCS does a very strict BACKGROUND VERIFICATION.
I have around 4 years of EXP, and my first company is closed as it is a very small start-up. I worked there for around 1.5 years and I dont want to loose that experience. As proof, i have an APPOINTMENT LETTER and a RELEAVING LETTER from that company. As it was a small company so I used to get my salary as Cash in Hand so there is no bank statement.
I have few questions in my above regards
1>> Should i join TCS
2>>After joining TCS by how much time this BGC is done.
3>>Should my first company closed will create problem in TCS or should it lead to ABSCONDING from TCS.
Guys kindly suggest it really urgent, Please reply ASAP.

Don't worry,
If you have the proof of appointment letter and if what you say is genuine that the old company has been closed, I guess there should be no reason for you to worry. I suggest Join TCS. Good Luck. don't worry about how much time they take....just do you good work and be honest, rest all will fall in line.
