Hi all, One of my employees completed treatment in a private hospital and is now approaching the ESI for the claim process. They are asking for a letter from us (the employer) that no funds have been given to the employee for treatment.

Hi, The employee have the option of taking treatment at private hospital only if the particular treatment option is not available at the ESI hospital. Is the employee undergone surgery or just took medical treatment for illness.
