1. The Train the Trainer Programme announced in New Delhi from 26 Mar to 04 Apr 2012, has got a tremendous response. Seeing the response, now we are targeting seats up to 20. I have attended this TTT program of Directive Communication, found it very useful and feel that all HR managers and personnel should be certified trainers to get the peak performance of their emplyees and organization.

I can safely bet that this would be one of the sought out programs in the near future. Arthur is a pure delight and his insights and passion towards training is mind boggling. .
