Dear Senior
please explain:-
1. Can u provide the HR-Time Office SOP in related to cover few things :-
a. Approx 400 to 600 contractual manpower enter through the Security Entry Gate.
b. Proper areas are not covered.
c. We have engaged manpower suppliers through the time office.
d. We have prepared the wages sheets.
e. Issue Gate Pass.
f. monitor statutory compliance under the labour laws.
Purpose:-
1. to monitor properly. that the region needs an HR-Time Office SOP

bassically this is question asked by My Boss and presently doing few think:-
1. Gate pass using by the secuity as reccomendation of Time Office Head.
2. Labour provide as request by the concerned hod/section head.
3. Few labours are fixed and 50 % are variable depend on demand.
2. therefore my boss feel some think is missing for controling system.that the resigon they want sop

Apart from missing control, you are sitting on a time bomb.
The actions you are taking can very well be used against you by workers who claim permanency on grounds of the contract being a sham.
Your compliance monitoring should not result in a bigger risk of the contract workers claiming permanency.
