Dear All Seniors,
I have some query regarding PF. Please guide me because i need of it.
First query is that DOJ and other new joining detail is not showing in our PF ECR for the month of July 2012, while we are contributing their PF Contribution regularly. Is their record updated or not in PF department? If no what should I do?
Second query is that Date Of Leaving of some employees who were left the company in 20th Jan 2013, was not mentioned in the ECR for the month of FEB 2013, While they are not Showing in the ECR of March 2013. What would be the Date of Leaving of those employees?

Hi Neha
For your first query If you have missed the joining details in ECR then the same will not be disclosed. At the same time all the data for newly joined & left employees the details will be showed separately below the existing employees.
for 2nd query if by mistake if you have not updated the left employee details for pertaining period then you shall download annexure II from EPF website for missing employees and submit the same

I have already submitted missing employees detail in Annexure II, in that list I updated new joined detail of employees. But name of that person whose left detail has been missed by mistake was not showing in that list which was given on EPF website. What is mean? EPF record of that person is update or not?
