Interviewer(Iv): Greetings of the day, Is it the good time to interact for (say) 2 Min or 3 Min.
Interviewee (Ie): Greets back and says yes, (the discussion continues) else, get a convenient timing and call by the time.
Iv: This is so and so.. (your introduction), and also about the company very briefly and the position for which the call has been made and get the Ie consent for further proceeding.
Ie: If okay with the position, (continue the conversation) else say a good bye.
Iv: Explain about the position to further more and explain him about the location where the Ie has to work (get the consent for the same)
Ie: Will give his consent, and the conversation may proceed or end.
Iv: Explain about the nature of job the prospects of the company in detail, schedule for a telephone interview with the plan you've and get a two dates for the interview, you can finalize either of the two.
Ie: Gives the date.
Iv: Mail him about the interview and get the acknowledgment from the candidate.
Note: You're selling about the company to the candidate to buy his skills and capacity, hence try to have a standard for that.
