Actually in holding a training, first you should to know what is needed. It can be traced by TNA. After you've runned TNA and found the result, based on your data, you can set up the program. About the games, ofcourse, you should deliver the right games based on their need.
Please correct if any mistakes.
Thanks

What are soft skills ? How to learn? First understand it, now you have to read others mentality to understand him/her. Automatically you are in a position to teach it. Thanks & Regards.

Dear aussiejohn & geri.karim,
I completely agree with you both.
But with due respect, let me also high light that at times we don't get much time to search because of work pressure.
That's why we seek advice or help from others.
So if we have any information handy we should always share it.
If you share your knowledge or information with others you are not loosing anything.
However, it is just how I think.
Nothing personal.

Dear all, I really don’t know the reason behind the repeated post... Please do check with the forum using the search tab and then post the query/question.
