I filed a complaint with internal grievance procedure regarding harassment (not sexual - plain) by a female supervisor. The company went against the policies, didn't disclose the decision of the complaint, found some other reason and made me to forcefully resign the job. Do I have a legal recourse?

dear
if you have resigned than forget it and if you have not resigned let them terminate you.they have to be specific while terminating you and you can take help of the court against your termination.
