Before entering into any online agreements with any service provider, please read the agreement or training terms and conditions, how much to pay either for online training or through some manual that will be sent to you by post at a hefty charge.
If you believe that the online partner is trustworthy, make sure that they commit for prompt payments for your service.
- this is necessary because in their FAQs and certificates (fake/real) by users, they will be promising the moon but when it comes to real payments, you may not be the real beneficiary. Initially you may receive some money for the service you render but later that smart company will use your services to make huge amounts from their clients but will pay you pittance.
Not all work from home providers are real or not all are fake. But many people have had bad experience.

the shortcomings and bad experiences in brick and mortar world is also there in online may be even more. dont get lured into deals where someone ask you to pay for training etc... u will lose your money instead of gettig any. But all is not bad. I have done and really earned through online work. It depends on what u r, what r your capabilities, ..... U may look at sites such as freelancer.com, odesk, elance, studentoffortune.com. U can make money, but not easy money as it is made out to be. I have also had disputes with one person on payment, which ultimately was decreed in my favour by paypal and I got my money. There is competition here too, no free lunch anywhere. U also have to build up your competence, quality of output, reliability, communication, effectveness in dealing with them, to meet overseas client expectations

The company is willing to pay 20% of the company returns depends on the clients.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication, convincing skills
2. Commitment to work
3. We are looking for Students/Housewives/Retired/Freelancers etc...
Role:
1. Knowledge about portals
2. Knowledge about social networking sites
3. Good @ Referrals
4. Identifying and Gathering staffing requirement details.
5. Publish the requirements in the internal reference portal and update the employee reference and schedule interview for the same.
6. Screening, short listing and scheduling the interviews
7. Responsible for preparing and sending the offer letters, negotiate the salary, joining date and follow up the candidates on their joining.
Ex: Senior Positions CTC would 15 lakhs ,8.33 will be paid to consultant i would be get 20% of it.= Rs 24,990 on only one position in a month
