Can anyone explain the sandwich Leave policy in simple terms.
I do know that if any employee takes leaves on Friday and Monday while Saturday and Sunday being week off it will be counted as 4 days of leaves.
But what if any employee takes leaves on Monday while sat and sun is weekly off. Is it going to be counted as 3 days of leave, or will only Monday be considered as Leave?
