First and foremost, please spell Labour laws correctly. It is certainly not "Laboure Laws".
I continue to be amazed that today's youngsters, who claim to be HR professionals, just do not want to read books and seem to want everything, readymade, on a platter.
Can one imagine the kind of feeble, damaged foundation that is being unfortunately laid.
All HR practitioners MUST have with them PL Malik's "Industrial Law". This is a bible of sorts for indepth understanding of Labour Laws.
