I am working as an HR- Business partner in one the leading Indian Company - Tata Group
I need to project a plan of action for the employee engagement activities.Just a summary:-
Since the employees are deployed on the client side there is not much of activities takes place. The activities that we take care are:
1. Birthday gifts
2. Festival events ( dusshera, diwali &womens day)
3. Outbound
I would request if any new suggestions apart from above.
Kindly advise.
