I am an MBA(HR) garduate and have 2 yrs experience in related field. But for the past1 yr I have been working in a Govt organisation(clerical post) where there is no scope for career growth and no job satisfaction. I intend to work in HR but not able to find any suitable job as I live in a small town.My question is wil my decision to join the clerical job hamper in my jobhunt. please suggest me what should I do.
