First of all please tell me what kind of office you want to start at Gurgaon. If you want to run a simple office at Gurgaon then you shall apply for registration online for registration of your office (company) under the provisions of Punjab Shops & Commercial Establishment Act at <link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) and you can see all the guidline on the site also.

Please keep ready all the information of your employer like Name, Father's Name, Residence Address, then 5 photographs in soft copy to upload (2 outside the gate where name of your company has been mentioned and 3 inside interior), scanned copy of Lease Deed or ownership proof.
