Dear Friends,

Most of the cases that come to me are students. The problem is sudden drop in their academic performance or picking up bad habits or wrong behavior.

When I talk to those students, I don't find any problem with them but the parents and teachers who push them against the wall to perform well. Consequence is that either they lose interest in their studies or are showing Active Aggressive Behavior (AAB) or Passive Aggressive Behavior (PAB).

Many students show poor performance simply to punish the parents. Recently a X Std boy was referred to me who scored just 3 marks in Chemistry. The reason, when I talked to the boy, is to punish the Chemistry Teacher who snatched the chemistry book from the student for mischief (which was not done by him but blamed by others so). It took 3 hours for me to talk convince the students to prove that his reaction to the behavior of the teacher was wrong.

The emotional incompatibility present in the minds of parents and teachers wittingly and unwittingly and the consequential erratic behavior on their part affect children to a very great extent even to a level of derailing the students once and for all.

I want to know the reaction / response from all the parents and teachers in this regard.

Very true, Mr. Ganesh.
Probably the main reason for all this is the blind race of materialistic gains. Money is more powerful than mind in today's scenario.
Good teachers can only reverse back this downfall trend. Hope more good teaching community will truly follow your message and work for the betterment in future.
