Dear Group,
Our company is planning to initiate a notice period buyout policy for new recruits. Iam not familiar with this trend. Why would be the bottle necks one could face when implementing this? Is this practice recommended for a company?
regards,

Hi Betzi,
Only challenge in making buyout as a policy and not as an option is that, when an employee resigns, he/she would demand on the exit date, rather than requesting the same. It will bring in lot of kiosk. I would suggest, you can always have notice period buyout as an option, rather than making it as a policy.
