The most precious capital in any trade and business is the human capital. The ongoing teething problem in almost all the industries in general and labor based industries in particular is losing the trained labor for numerous reasons. One of the main reasons is temperamental incompatibility with the immediate boss.
In one of the Companies where I visit regularly for conducting Training Programs one such experienced, trained and talented employee was referred to me for counselling. The problem is that the employee tendered his resignation on 'personal grounds' and the Management thought the would have been some other reason(s) as his HOD has immediately recommended his resignation.
I (as a qualified and trained Counsellor) talked to him and during my informal confabulation, many things came out. He was relaxed by me and I put him in a trance during which time he shared many truth from his subconscious mind. Useful necessary suggestions were given by me during the session followed by reinforcement statements in the post hypnotic session. He has become so happy and enthusiastic after the session who is still with the company after taking back his resignation.
My suggestion is that all HR professionals can and should learn hypnotherapy and counselling or employ/engage the services of a qualified and experienced counselor / clinical hypnotherapist to avoid losing good hands unnecessarily. I also talked to his HOD on certain issues who also became alright.
After my completion of II Level Clinical Hypnosis, now I am astonished to know how our child-hood experiences get imbibed in our subconscious mind to spoil our mental health from within. A girl who reported lack of sociability was hypnotized by me at Mumbai recently who just went to her age of 12 when the problem did really arise due to her shifting from Gujarat to Mumbai. She was cured by me to her jubilation.
People at the helm of affairs in Administration and HR handling human capital seldom understand the real reason behind the mercurial behavior of their employees and take punitive / disciplinary action to embitter the employee more and make them demotivated further.
One should know that the overt reaction and behavior of a person is only the tip of the ice berg and much more is there hidden in the sub-conscious mind. Unless we go deep into them to reach out for the root cause, there will never be any permanent remedy for their inscrutable actions and reactions.

this is really great advices we face this many time and we had avery high turn over becuse of this hidden files that need serousily to be discovered I do as an HR befints a lot from what you are saying we always need to go behind the reson and Im sure we will be supprise. empoyees or staff a los they could have a great contribution if they have been treated fairly and given chance what I have learn from my experience is do not 100% neglect others idea that one day you may seek . very simply we may learn from staff or people what we never consider, please listen analyze and update your profile this is one of the ways how policy could be improved

Main Basement solution for this Problem is "Employer- Employees Job Satisfaction".
If both are happy then there is no problem occur such as firing/resigning .
I know this is not possible in every Organisation and also it is not Impossible - In Impossible word itself has possible.
Think of it.
This is just my opinion.

You are absolutely right when we see things superfluously. Until I learned and mastered clinical hypnosis, I was also thinking like you only. I have counselled number of persons only to know astonishingly how and why people form mental perceptions and why they are unable to regulate their thoughts.
Watching our thoughts (mind) and cautiously filtering unwanted ones to get embedded in our subconscious mind is an art one should learn with awareness and practice to make it automatic.
Thoughts contain emotions which emit energy only to have its implication on our body functioning. Most of the diseases are neuro-based and we treat our body leaving the root-cause (i.e.) thoughts untreated.
By subjecting people to proper couselling / clinical hypnosis, we can set right most of the relationships. Anyways, every one is unique (as per NLP theory) and we have to accept oneself.
