Our organisation have the total 15 employees in different location branches. For our organisation POSH Act applicable or not?
In Gurugram branch 7 employees (2 female)
In Bengaluru Branch 8 employees ( 2 female).
If considered the branch wise less than 10 employees, So we have the confusion for Act applicability.
Please clarify my query.
